- Transportation, no matter where you’re arriving in Barcelona.

- Express Treatments: If you’re short on time and have specific dates in mind, we’ll work around your schedule to accommodate you.
- Post-surgery care, if you are a foreigner and if it is necessary, at your place of stay.
- Post-procedure follow-up by phone or videoconference with the same doctor who performed the treatment.
- Video conferences with doctors—this is how we conduct initial visits, post-treatment follow-ups, and medical consultations. You don’t have to travel for this type of visit.
- We send you digital prescriptions after consulting with a doctor (see open pharmacies).
Funding
We offer a variety of financing options tailored to each of our patients. Among them, we would like to highlight:

- Affordable plans, managed directly by us for certain treatments.
- Tailored to your personal situation.
- They’re quick to process, and we’ll help you with the contract process.
- Financing from €200 to €21,000.
- Applies to any of our treatments.
- Terms ranging from 3 to 24 months.
- Minimum payment of €30 per month.
- You must be an adult between the ages of 18 and 75 and an individual (not a company).
- Documents you must provide: ID card, pay stub, proof of bank account ownership for transactions up to €3,000
Reimbursement Mutual Insurance Companies
- We are a private clinic that you can use if you have a reimbursement-based health insurance plan.
- If you have a reimbursement policy, your health insurer will cover between 80% and 100% of the cost of your medical treatment.
- We accept all private reimbursement plans from insurance companies, such as Generali Salud Premium, Axa Optima Plus, Bupa Company Gold, and Allianz Salud Reembolso.
- The process is simple: first, you must pay for the treatment at the clinic, and then submit the invoice to your health insurance provider, who will reimburse you for 80–100% of the cost within 5–10 days.
- We’ll give you as much time as you need.
- There are no waiting lists.

Are there any financing options?
Yes. We work with organizations that specialize in healthcare financing and allow patients to pay for their treatment in manageable installments. Approval is subject to the financial institution’s evaluation. During your first visit, we’ll go over the available options with you so that you can begin treatment without financial concerns getting in the way.
Is there a charge for the first visit?
The first visit with Dr. Birbe is at a reduced rate. It includes an examination, a preliminary diagnosis, photographs for review, a panoramic X-ray, treatment options, and a written, fixed-price estimate. This is an informational consultation with no obligation, designed to help you make a decision with all the facts on the table.
