Cosmetic surgery patient in which an advancement mentoplasty and a simultaneous rhinoplasty are performed with local anesthesia and intravenous sedation.

The mentoplasty was performed using an advance osteotomy technique, with an advance of about 4mm. In rhinoplasty, basically, a reduction of the back is performed endonasally, a septoplasty and the tip is rotated downwards because it tended to be in elevation, with a slightly obtuse nasal angle. It was also used to give a little more definition in the area of the cupid’s bow.
